About

Leza Danly

How do we get lost to ourselves?
In a culture that values performance over realness, we often learn to deny or disguise the messy, complicated stuff — the painful emotions, forbidden desires and even the flashes of brilliance and unpopular truth.

Where do these rejected parts go? These "orphaned selves" don't disappear. They simply recede into the shadows. They wait. They hope. They wonder if we will ever come back for them…

What if you could time travel and reclaim parts of yourself eroded by time—the child’s sparkle, the adolescent’s passion, the young adult’s adventures—and in the process, learn a secret to crafting a joyful life?
